This duplex was the first ever property purchase for a young couple in NSW. They had a new baby but still managed to finish saving for their deposit even while mum was on maternity leave. Their parents had already built with us the year prior, so they were familiar with Empire8™ and eager to get started. All landscaping included automatic irrigation to ensure low maintenance, and both units were rented to long term tenants, within a couple of weeks after completion. The owners were planning to use the equity from strata titling towards a deposit for their second duplex, so they could continue to grow their portfolio.
