From when we first signed until we had tenants, any concerns or queries were quickly put at ease. Being in Victoria, our business closed and home schooling our children due to Covid-19 restrictions, we were pleased that the building process didn’t cause us any extra stresses. The team put us in touch with an expert finance company to get the ball rolling after our local bank said no. We absolutely loved the video updates, 3 most weeks. The finished product speaks for itself, just perfect. Both of our units were rented in under 48 hours without advertising. We are looking forward to our next project with Empire 8.

After we heard about Paula and Denis a while ago, they began working on a Duplex build for us. Usually we get involved in the floor plans and other activities for other Duplexes that we have done in the past but found this time there was little to nothing for us to do. They just seem to get it all right from the start. The work progressed well and we were always kept up to date via videos by Denis, who always seemed “Super Excited” about the project and progress, which we felt made the build experience enjoyable and exciting too. They kept to the timelines and to be honest the end product turned out a lot better than we had expected and hoped for. Just the extra things that they had done, showed us their dedication to perfection and we can’t wait until we can do it all again.

We had Paula and Denis build us a duplex property a couple of years ago for us, and we were so happy with every aspect of their work that we have just had our second duplex completed with them. This time around they managed to surpass our expectations once again. The work was completed ahead of time, the quality of construction and the fittings and fixtures are excellent, Denis provided a weekly video update during construction which kept us in the loop as the duplex went up and within a week of completion, we have quality tenants moving in.
