Case Study – Project 1

A Sydney-based couple were seeking to add to their well established property portfolio, so we built for them, a duplex on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Empire8™ built this property in a highly sought-after area, in an existing estate that is close to both private and public schools. The estate featured established quality homes with a significant number of owner occupiers in residence. The large units offered tiled alfresco areas, generously-sized stacker doors to open up the entire space, and an expansive backyard ideal for children to play in. Naturally, this property presented an ideal family package, so upon listing online there was instantly a lot of interest from potential tenants.
